1. Description of Service

FBM Omnichannel is an internal messaging management panel used by FBM Laser Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic to manage customer communications received via Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

2. User Types

  • Panel Users: FBM Clinic staff only
  • Communication Party: Patients/customers who contact the clinic via Meta platforms (they do not log in to the panel)

3. Rules for Panel Users

FBM Clinic staff, when using the panel:

  • Keep customer data confidential
  • Comply with applicable Turkish data protection laws (KVKK)
  • Comply with Meta Platform Policies
  • Do not gain unauthorized access
  • Report suspected data breaches immediately

4. Use of Meta Platforms

  • This service operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies.
  • Instagram/Facebook account connections are made through Meta's official authorization flow.
  • Changes made by Meta may affect the service.

5. Patient/Customer Rights

Individuals who communicate with the clinic via Meta platforms may:

  • Request deletion of their data (/data-deletion)
  • Request access to their data
  • Stop communication at any time

6. Disclaimer

  • The service is provided "as is."
  • The clinic is not responsible for Meta API outages.
  • Medical advice requires in-person consultation; communication via the panel is for informational purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and brand of the FBM Omnichannel panel belong to the clinic or its software provider.

8. Changes

When these terms are updated, the date at the top of the page will change.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction for disputes.
